Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located, close to the vibrant party and food scene in Osaka, making it ideal for exploration. The rooms are clean, decently decorated, and spotlessly clean, though slightly small but well-equipped for comfort. The Reception staff were always helpful and with a great tub. However, be cautious if you prefer a non-smoking room. The location near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping streets is fantastic, offering a vibrant experience; just be prepared for the lively atmosphere and the center of the action. The dining options cater well to western and Japanese tastes, with a mix of choices to please different preferences. Additional fees may apply for specific services but overall good value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and despite not facing the main street, I slept like a baby in the three-bed setup. The staff, who usually recognize me from previous trips, were exceptionally kind and warm, though I wish the service could have been a bit more helpful. The proximity to Namba station and the convenience to both Namba and Shinsaibashi train stations made exploring the area a breeze. The dining experience, while offering a good selection tailored to their Asian clientele, left a bit to be desired in terms of variety and quality. Despite this, being right by Dotonbori and Namba, the whole experience was a dream come true.
The hotel's location is simply fantastic, placing you right in the heart of Osaka's gourmet and shopping heaven. While the rooms were comfortable, with great amenities like a bathtub with mineral salts provided, the size was a bit small. The service was exceptional and helpful, although some staff at the front desk were not as friendly during my check-out. The dining experience was wonderful with a large variety of Japanese and western food but slightly expensive. Overall, a great choice for exploring Osaka's delights.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but still acceptable. There was a strong smoky smell in the non-smoking room I reserved, which was a downside. However, the hotel's unique style set it apart from other places I've stayed at in Japan.
The hotel's location is amazing, just round the corner from Dotonbori street, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the dining options were not as impressive. Overall, a great place to stay for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.
The hotel had rooms that were a bit on the smaller side but had everything we needed, facing towards the back with almost no view, yet larger than most in Japan. The service was doing its best to process clients as fast as possible, with a can-do attitude, although some struggled with conversational English. The location was the essence of choosing this X hotel, in a very busy area of Osaka, right next to the nightlife heart and the famous takoyaki street of Dotonbori. The dining experience was amazing with a large variety of Japanese and western food, worth the value. The facilities were standard.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and spacious with a lovely view from the 14th floor. The location was amazing, just around the corner from Dotonbori street, and easily accessible by subway. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were good, although a bit on the 1990s side. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
The hotel had an awesome room with a fabulous east-facing view, sizeable bed, a table/desk, and a hot pot for tea and coffee. The Nespresso machine was great. I was on a high floor facing the Main St, so you can hear the traffic, but I personally liked/expected that, so no issues. The service was barely helpful at first but improved, and the location was perfect, near the Glico Man Signboard and right next to Dotonburi. The dining was amazing with an international buffet and Asian emphasis, though lacking in some Western options.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just steps away from Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi, making it convenient for exploring Osaka. The rooms were cozy, with twin beds and large Japanese soaking tubs, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day. The service was exceptional, with the friendly staff always ready to assist with any inquiries. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, which was a slight downside.
The hotel is in a prime location, right next to Dotonbori, making it easy to explore Osaka and enjoy shopping. The rooms were spacious and had a gorgeous Japanese-style bathroom, although they smelled rather stale sometimes and were not cleaned daily. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff, ready to assist at all times. The dining experience offered a wide variety but had some inconsistencies in food quality. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
